Целью настоящей работы является формулирование целеполагания, определение инструментария и механизма реализации процесса достижения оптимального уровня экономической безопасности РФ, а также выявление роли последней в обеспечении поступательного социально-экономического развития страны. Исследователь рассматривает эволюцию подходов к теоретико-методологическому осмыслению таких категорий, как «экономическая безопасность»,«угрозы» и «риски» зарубежными и отечественными учеными, акцентируя свое внимание на актуальных концепциях, ставших в последние годы мейнстримом мировой экономической науки.В статье обосновывается необходимость использования для определения текущего состояния безопасности национальной экономики системы оценки отклонений ключевых индикаторов от установленного порогового уровня, позволяющей своевременно выявить потенциальные угрозы развитию и разработать меры по недопущению их перерастания в реальные в условиях повышенных неопределенности и турбулентности экономической среды. В процессе достижения поставленной цели исследования использовались системный и доказательный подходы, а также ретроспективный, функциональный и сравнительный анализы, дедукция и индукция.Научная новизна работы заключается в формулировании целей, определении инструментов и механизма обеспечения экономической безопасности России, выявлении степени воздействия процесса на поступательное социально-экономическое развитие страны, а также в приращении научно-теоретической базы исследований в данной области.Практическая значимость исследования состоит в предоставлении российским органам государственной власти и управления информационно-аналитической базы для проведения корректировки реализуемых государственной политики и государственной стратегии в области обеспечения экономической безопасности с учетом вектора и интенсивности трансформации глобальной среды функционирования.

The researcher examines the evolution of approaches to the theoretical and methodological understanding of such categories as "economic security", "threats" and "risks" by foreign and domestic scientists, focusing on relevant concepts that have become mainstream in recent years in the world of economics. The article substantiates the need to use a system for assessing deviations of key indicators from the established threshold level to determine the current state of security of the national economy, which makes it possible to identify potential threats to development in a timely manner and develop measures to prevent them from escalating into real ones in conditions of increased uncertainty and turbulence of the economic environment.In the process of achieving the set research goal, systematic and evidence-based approaches were used, as well as retrospective, functional and comparative analyses, deduction and induction. The scientific novelty of the work consists in formulating goals, defining tools and mechanisms for ensuring Russia's economic security, identifying the degree of impact of the process on the progressive socio-economic development of the country, as well as in incrementing the scientific and theoretical base of research in this field.The practical significance of the research is to provide Russian government and management bodies with an information and analytical base for adjusting the implemented state policy and state strategy in the field of economic security, taking into account the vector and intensity of transformation of the global operating environment.
