<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper examines the role of the digital divide in the formation of migration flows in Russian regions. Main research methods: econometric modeling, mapping, grouping, statistical analysis. The models were built on the basis of regional data of Rosstat. The article tests hypotheses about the impact of the digital divide of the first and second levels on internal labor migration. The research hypotheses are tested by evaluating fixed and random effects models on panel data. The models include variables characterizing the level of digitalization of households, economic development, the labor market, and the economic crisis. The results of the analysis can be used to develop migration policy.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цифровой разрыв</kwd><kwd>цифровизация</kwd><kwd>трудовая миграция</kwd><kwd>межрегиональная миграция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>digital divide</kwd><kwd>digitalization</kwd><kwd>labor migration</kwd><kwd>interregional migration</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Graeme H.
