Using the Telegram Messenger as a Communication Channel of Local Governments with Young People

The article presents a study of the communication activities of local self-government bodies of thirteen Russian cities with millions on the Internet, using the example of the Telegram messenger. Based on the content analysis of publications posted on the official accounts of the municipal self-government bodies of the cities with millions of this service, a conclusion is made about the possibilities of its use in planning a long-term strategy of interaction between municipalities and young people on the Internet.
