Problematic Issues of Implementing the Right to Access to Justice in the Context of Digitalization of the Judicial System

The article analyzes the problem of ensuring citizens' access to justice in the context of the introduction of digital technologies in civil proceedings. The author examines the problems of existing electronic document management mechanisms, the reasons for which include technical barriers and operational failures. The materials of judicial practice are analyzed in terms of resolving issues of restoring procedural deadlines missed due to failures in the operation of electronic services. The value of the study lies in the development of recommendations for justifying the validity of the reasons for missing a deadline in the event of a technical failure, as well as for increasing the efficiency of remote interaction between participants in civil proceedings.
