Revision of Tariffs in the Field Of Municipal Solid Waste Management During the Commissioning of New Facilities

Abstract
The article discusses the problem faced by the solid municipal waste management operator Ecoresource Volga during the implementation of the investment project. The problem described in the article concerns all operators of municipal solid waste management in the Russian Federation. The author suggests possible solutions to the problem that require amendments to legislation at the federal level.
