Abstract
The formation of a monitoring system to assess the development of communication mechanisms between Moscow's executive authorities and civil society in the transport sector is highly relevant for the development of the capital's road transport sector, since more effective communication between authorities and the public allows for a more objective assessment of the needs of transport users, which contributes to the development of a problem-oriented strategy for the development of the industry and, as a result, improvement the quality of the services provided. The purpose of the article is to determine the stages of development and structure of the monitoring system for a comprehensive assessment of the development of communication mechanisms between Moscow executive authorities and civil society in the transport sector. The topic of the article seems to be quite relevant in modern conditions, especially in the aspect of the need to develop civil society in the Russian Federation and increase the effectiveness of its communication with government authorities. The article presents the results of a study of this issue using the example of a single locality, a city of federal significance, and a specific industry (transport) with which a significant number of specific citizens interact directly and on a daily basis. At the same time, the city of Moscow, as a locality, has specific features in general and in the field of public transport services, in particular. Many solutions are being tested here and then broadcast to other cities in Russia.
