Migration as a Factor of Stability of the Regional Economy on the Example of the Omsk Region

Abstract
The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the migration activity of the population plays an important role in the structure of the regional economy. Interregional migration flows largely determine the parameters of the economic stability of the region in terms of the impact on the volume and structure of human capital of regional economic entities and forming demand in terms of the development of regional markets. The purpose of the article is to analyze the dynamics of migration flows within the framework of the regional economy using the example of the Omsk region. The objectives of the study are to review the dynamics of migration of the population of the Omsk region, identify current trends in regional migration flows, identify the causes of possible negative consequences and identify growth zones from the perspective of formation and adjustment of the dynamics of regional migration flows by state regulation. The practical significance of the study lies in the application of a systematic approach in terms of analyzing regional economic stability and considering migration as a factor shaping the systemic state of the region's economy. The research work carried out made it possible to assess the current trends of the regional economy in terms of migration, identify growth areas and clarify the effectiveness of the measures applied by state regulation.
