Industrial Development in the Context of the Transformation of the Global Economic System

Abstract

The development of the national economic system in general and industrial development in particular are determined by the current conditions and factors of transformation of the world economy, factors of globalization and regionalization in the modern world. The purpose of the study is to consider the features of the industrial development of the Russian economy in the process of transformation of the geopolitical realities of the modern world, which requires solving the tasks of identifying new opportunities for industrial development and analyzing the emerging constraints in ensuring the growth of the effectiveness of industrial policy implementation. The study identifies the factors and conditions of industrial development in the Russian economy. The algorithm for considering the factors of industrial development requires a general comprehensive assessment of internal and external factors, which will improve the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial policy and industrial development programs in the national economy.
