The Role of the Subjects of the Innovative Infrastructure of the Russian Industry in Ensuring the Technological Sovereignty of the Country

The relevance of the research topic is related to the growing threats of weakening Russia's technological sovereignty due to international sectoral sanctions that hinder the innovative development of the economy. In the current conditions of incessant attempts at international isolation of the country, the main source of innovation generation is the internal intellectual capital, and the mechanism for its productive use is the functioning of the subjects of the innovative infrastructure of industry.

The purpose and objectives of scientific research. Based on the above, the author identified as the purpose of the scientific research the study of the role of subjects of the innovative infrastructure of the Russian industry in ensuring the technological sovereignty of the country. To achieve this goal, the author formulated the following tasks: a critical review and summary of information about the existing system of functioning of innovation infrastructure entities in Russia and an assessment of its strengths and weaknesses in comparison with the world leaders of the innovation market (China, USA, EU); analysis of the dynamics of the development of subjects of the innovative infrastructure of industry according to quantitative and qualitative criteria; formation of the author's vision of the prospects for the development of subjects of the innovative infrastructure of industry, taking into account current challenges (threats) and opportunities.

Description of the scientific and practical significance of the work. The scientific significance of the publication is expressed in the development of knowledge about the existing model of functioning of the subjects of the innovative infrastructure of industry, its strengths and weaknesses, obtained during the comparative analysis. The practical significance of the scientific work lies in the formation of author's recommendations to increase the contribution of such entities to the innovative development of the country and the operational efficiency of their functioning.

The main results and conclusions of the research work. According to the results of the scientific research, it was found that there is no unified interpretation of the terms "innovative infrastructure" and "technological sovereignty", which indicates the prospects for further research in this direction. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, conclusions were drawn about the strengths and weaknesses of the Russian model of functioning of innovative infrastructure entities and author's proposals for its development and improvement were developed.

The value of the conducted research. The significance of the study is determined by the possibility of using innovative infrastructure entities in specific strategies for the development of Russian industries, taking into account national goals and interests of import substitution and strengthening technological sovereignty.
