Continuity in Individual Contract Regulation of Private Law

Continuity is a multifaceted phenomenon, the manifestations of which can be found in the development of all elements of the legal system and at various levels of legal regulation. The relevance of the author's research is primarily ensured by the specifics of succession, which lies in the fact that the study of succession relations in law involves not only referring to the legal experience of previous years, but also to current legal provisions, including such manifestations as succession relations in the individual contractual regulation of private law relations. In this article, the author explores the directions of continuity in the development of law and other components of the legal system within the framework of individual contractual regulation.
The purpose of the author's research within the framework of this article is to identify and theoretically study such a manifestation of continuity in Russian private law as continuity in individual legal regulation. The achievement of these tasks is facilitated by solving the tasks of studying individual manifestations of continuity in private law individual contractual regulation, including paying scientific attention to Roman private law, the reception of which is a fairly vivid example of continuity.
The author concludes that the development of law, legal technology, legal awareness and legal science within the framework of individual contractual regulation takes place on a continuous basis. Mainly, continuity is manifested in strengthening the importance of an individual contract, expanding the scope of individual contractual regulation.
