The Importance of Human Capital in the Industry Development and Modern Economics

Abstract

The value of human capital in the modern economics is determined by several drivers providing the positive growth of the economic system in general. The development issues of the manufacturing sector in economics under the conditions of emerging technological order require analysis of the elements and institutions of the national economy contributing to or preventing formation and effective growth of a new type of economic system. Human capital is an essential condition of the formation and realization of effective innovative and investment solutions that determine the priorities and directions of industrial development.
