Implementation of the Concept of State Family Policy in Russia: Preliminary Results

The relevance of the considered issues is due to Conception of State Family Policy completion by 2025, which Conception by the moment is the main strategic document in the domain.
The purpose of the study was the preliminary assessment of reaching planned indicators set by the Conception document, As a result of the study it was revealed that 9 out of 12 indicators are going to be met, as they have positive dynamic at the moment, while 3 the rest show negative dynamic as of today.
These preliminary results caused by both situational and objective reasons due to socio-economic background.
As a whole, keeping in mind modern realities, the study lets us consider the execution of the conceptions as rather successful. Moreover, there is a new national project «Family» starting by 2025, which is expected to continue improvements in some directions stated by the Conception.
