Types of Commercial Transactions in the Sphere of Intellectual Property of Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the civil law regulation of commercial relations in the field of intellectual property of the Russian Federation, the types and structure of commercial transactions in this area, the main commercial organizational and economic relations of the copyright holders of the results of intellectual property, the article is also devoted to the subject of commercial transactions, subjects, types of exclusive and non-exclusive agreements on exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity.
