Indian Legislation on Foreign Investment in the Context of International Legal Cooperation with Russia
Abstract
The article provides an overview of the features of the legal protection of the activities of foreign investors in India. In the process of studying the legislation on foreign investment and international legal obligations of India, the main characteristics and distinctive features of investment regulation are revealed, and the possibilities of potential reception of legal techniques within the framework of Russian legislation are also noted.
