Legal Issues of Establishing the Content of the Category «Investment Platform»
Abstract
This article is devoted to issues related to the content of the category "investment platform" as one of the possible forms of attracting investments. The legal definition of investment platforms contained in the Federal Law «On attracting investments using investment platforms» is being investigated. The paper proposes the author's definition of an investment platform and a detailed analysis of its structural elements.
