Abstract

The question of teaching the institute remains relevant in sociological science. In this article, on the basis of pilot expert interviews, the main problems that hinder the development of the studied institute are studied. The purpose of the study was to study the experience of implementing the target model of mentorship in educational organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan. Based on the results obtained during the research, the author comes to the conclusion that the necessary conditions for the effective functioning of the tutoring system have been created in the republic. However, the mechanism of selection of candidates for the role of mentor and the method of their stimulation have been insufficiently developed.

The obtained results can be considered when correcting the provisions of the mentoring system program, when developing methodological materials for novice specialists, when creating programs for advanced training courses for teachers who are ready to act as mentors. The practical effect of the target model should be the increase in the number of young teachers in the educational institutions of the republic.
