Features of the Examination of Pornographic Products in the Investigation of Sexual Crimes Against Minors
Abstract
The objectives of this article are to analyze the specifics of the production of examinations of pornographic products, appointed in the process of investigating infringements on the sexual freedom of an individual. The objects and tasks of forensic art examinations, questions that are put before the experts, as well as practical examples of the production of these examinations in the process of rape investigation are considered.
