Transition to Agile Management Methods as a Response of Organizations to Accelerated Communications
Abstract
In an unpredictable and ambiguous business environment, traditional project management methods are being replaced by agile approaches. Acceleration of communication is becoming one of the key reasons for these changes. In this paper, the author examines the Scrum methodology as an example of agile management and analyzes how it affects the speed and nature of communication in work groups. This research provides a theoretical basis for a practical analysis of communication in organizations that use agile management methods.
