Development of Social Design Competencies in the Field of Fatherhood, Motherhood and Family Values

The article analyzes the main aspects that need to be taken into account in the process of developing social design competencies in the field of fatherhood and motherhood, taking into account the importance of family values: dissemination and scaling, cultural adaptation and adaptation of cultural practices, consideration of diverse and individual needs, adaptation to changes, monitoring and evaluation , partnership and cooperation, networking and partnership, creation of a resource base and programs, social management and state support.
