Цифровое неравенство и конкурентоспособность государств: теоретические подходы

В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты феномена цифрового территориального неравенства в контексте конкурентоспособности и инвестиционной привлекательности. Анализ концепций цифровой трансформации стран и регионов с различным уровнем благосостояния показал, что цифровое неравенство несет риски повышению конкурентоспособности территорий. Также была установлена связь с конкурентоспособностью на уровне государств и регионов внутри страны. Автор приходит к выводу, что, несмотря на те выгоды, которые несет цифровизация экономики, цифровое неравенство является серьезным фактором, потенциально тормозящим конкурентоспособность страны и нуждается в дополнительных мерах со стороны государства.
