Model of the System of Environmentally Friendly Waste Management: Practice of Building a System as a Basis for Environmental Safety of Life of the Population in the Territory of the Sverdlovsk Region

The article presents a comprehensive model for organizing an environmentally friendly waste management system implemented in the Sverdlovsk region. The main factors that shape the environmental friendliness of the territory are identified and their content is disclosed. The model is implemented in the practical activities of the regional operator EMUP "Spetsavtobaza" in the Sverdlovsk region. The complexity and universality of the approach provides the possibility of scaling the model of greening the territory, updating it for regional specifics.
