Abstract
The relevance of the topic is determined by the rapid development of technologies and the integration of AI into different areas of human activity, which requires a reconsideration of traditional sociological approaches. In current domestic sociological research, the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence (AI) is usually studied within the framework of the so-called "substitution logic," ignoring the interrelation between humans and machines, considering them as two separate but replaceable realities. In modern society, with its "Industry 6.0," the stark difference between automated machines and living, animated beings is rapidly diminishing, forming a unified social reality.
The purpose of the study is to identify and justify new theoretical and methodological approaches to researching the relationship between humans and AI. The scientific value of the work lies in formulating three promising methodologically-oriented directions: cybernetics, neohermeneutics, and organicism. Its practical significance relates to the necessity of adapting sociology to new conditions of digitization and integrating AI into public life. The results may serve as a basis for devising guidelines aimed at establishing digital trust and ensuring safety for users of digital technologies.
The innovation of the research lies in introducing novel methodological frameworks that go beyond the limitations of conventional anthropological paradigms, thus facilitating an interdisciplinary convergence in the exploration of human-AI interactions.
