Professional and Career Plans of the Modern Generation of Youth (Based on the Results of an International Research)

The relevance of the study stems from the necessity to evaluate the potential and life perspectives of young individuals who serve as guarantors of the country's sustainable operation and development, as well as a significant resource for diverse economic sectors.
The objective of the research was to uncover specifics in shaping professional and career aspirations within contemporary youth, identifying influences exerted by varied factors on these processes. Key objectives included examining methods of professional decision-making, evaluating youth’s employment expectations, and outlining future career paths using findings derived from an international survey.
Analysis revealed that young adults predominantly seek career advancement within their native countries, favoring governmental institutions, private enterprises, or independent entrepreneurship.
Primary determinants guiding occupational choices encompassed prospects for career progression and remuneration levels.
Scientific innovation resides in adopting a holistic perspective toward understanding the dynamics behind youth's professional planning across global contexts. Its practical value manifests through proposing measures to enhance educational frameworks and employment initiatives, thus improving integration efficiency of new professionals into economic activities.
