Abstract

This article will focus on the concept of kaizen, an effective tool for step–by-step and continuous improvement of the management process, which has a positive impact on the overall development of the organization. However, the underlying idea can lead to the desired result not only in management, but also beyond it. And our task here is to prove the possibility of using kaizen in a mediation procedure.
