Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in the Context of Intellectual Property Protection

In the context of rapid technological progress, artificial intelligence is becoming a key element in economic development. At the moment, there is no legal framework regulating the activities of AI and intellectual property. The main objective of this study is to analyze the legal aspects of using the results of intellectual activity in training artificial intelligence and protecting the results of its work. Research in this area allows us to identify significant gaps in the legislation and offers recommendations for eliminating them. The results of the work can be useful for legislators, researchers in the field of law and technology, as well as for business representatives. The work confirms the existence of two contradictory approaches to the legality of using information on the Internet. This study comprehensively analyzes the legal gaps in the context of the use of artificial intelligence and intellectual property. The work also identifies areas for the development of new legislative initiatives aimed at creating a balanced regulatory system.
