Profit Planning Algorithm and Search for its Growth Reserves

Abstract

The article discusses profit planning as an important stage in the management strategy and long-term development of the organization. Planning is focused on the following indicators: production volume, price and costs.

The authors found that the effectiveness of profit planning may depend on the choice of planning method. Methods are considered: direct counting method, extrapolation method, analytical method, combined planning method, normative method.
