Specifics of Liability for Breach of Construction Contracts in Foreign Countries
Abstract
When considering foreign experience in resolving practical problems arising from the consideration of disputes over contract, a number of features are revealed. In this article, using the comparative legal method, the approaches of the legislator to the legal regulation of the considered institution of responsibility for construction, works contract in the Romano-Germanic, Anglo-Saxon, Muslim legal systems were studied.
