Межрегиональные миграционные процессы: оценка вклада цифрового разрыва
Аннотация
В работе исследуется роль цифрового разрыва в формировании миграционных потоков в российских регионах. Основные методы исследования: эконометрическое моделирование, картографирование, группировка, статистический анализ. Модели строились на основе региональных данных Росстата. В статье тестируются гипотезы о воздействии цифрового разрыва первого и второго уровня на межрегиональную трудовую миграцию. Гипотезы исследования проверяются с помощью оценивания моделей с фиксированными и случайными эффектами на панельных данных. В модели включены переменные, характеризующие уровень цифровизации домохозяйств, экономическое развитие, рынок труда и экономический кризис. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы для разработки миграционной политики.
