Сравнительно-правовой анализ организации особо охраняемых природных территорий в странах Европы

В статье рассматривается законодательное регулирование особо охраняемых природных территорий в странах Европы. Исследование выявляет различия и общие принципы в определениях и категориях особо охраняемых природных территорий в законодательстве этих стран. Рассматриваются вопросы сохранения биологического разнообразия, а также влияние и роль международных организаций, таких как Natura 2000 и Международный союз охраны природы. Выделяются различия в законодательстве об особо охраняемых природных территориях в странах Европы, что позволяет расширить научное понимание данной проблематики и развить более эффективные и устойчивые подходы к охране природы.
