The Implementation of Career Plans of Modern Youth (on the Example of the Study of the Youth of Tver)
Abstract
The article presents the results of applied sociological research conducted in the Tver region. The main values of modern youth, motives for employment, preferences in the schedule and form of work are revealed. The prospects and ways of building a career in your city, type of organization are described. The most promising areas for building a career for young people, the advantages and difficulties in building a career for young people, the factors influencing this process. Prospects, time frames of career growth and expected amounts of remuneration.
