Inspections of Record Keeping in Courts of General Jurisdiction in Russia: History and Modernity
Abstract
The article is devoted to the control over the conduct of court proceedings. The article analyzes the historical experience of the inspections of record keeping in courts, classifies the forms and types of inspections of record keeping in courts in modern Russia.
