The article considers the prerequisites affecting Turkey's accession to the European Union, taking into account the Copenhagen criteria of 1993, which must be met by countries applying for EU accession, the trends of further development of the integration process of Turkey's accession to the EU. The inflationary process, the situation on the labor market, the unemployment rate, as well as the demographic situation in Turkey are analyzed.

The article is devoted to the problem of interpretation of the concept of "information policy" at the present stage of development of the public administration system. The purpose of the implementation of this area of activity has been determined, which consists in the formation of a single information and communication space, designed to provide opportunities for finding leading areas of development, as well as conducting a comprehensive analysis of the resource, technical and personnel potential of the public administration system. Two components of the information policy are singled out: substantive and technological. The infrastructure of interaction between subjects and population within the framework of a single information space is characterized.

The article describes the possibilities of applying a factor approach to improving the management of socio-economic development of the region on the example of the Volgograd region. Based on the assessment of the level of socio-economic development of the region and the assessment of the effectiveness of its management in 2020 and 2021 according to the author's multifactorial methodology, the factors limiting the development of the region were identified: environmental and social. Proposals are made to emphasize managerial impacts on the increase of these factors and a retrospective assessment of the possible levels of development and effectiveness of their management of the region in 2021 is carried out. The improvement of the assessments under consideration was revealed and the conclusion was made about the applicability of the author's factor-by-factor methodology to improve the result of managing the development of the region. The directions for further scientific research of the possibility of applying the factor approach in the management of socio-economic regional development are determined.

The framework of this article includes a study of the directions of international industrial cooperation (including cooperation in high-tech sectors) in the circumstances of Russia's move toward the East, as well as the sources, tools and techniques for its financing and stimulation. The purpose of the article is to identify the areas of foreign trade of Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden, where progress was observed for further study of the applied mechanisms of state support for exports. As part of the article, export statistics for four countries over the past 40 years were collected and analyzed. Export is considered in different dimensions: the general dynamics of export, commodity and geographical structure. A feature of the study is tracking changes in the structure of trade over 30- 40 years for different countries. The article also separately considers the mutual trade of the Nordic countries and calculates paired indices of trade intensity.

Nowadays it is difficult to overestimate the importance of Internet platforms, which are rapidly spreading in all spheres of relationships. At the same time, their legal regulation itself has a number of gaps and shortcomings. As a consequence, within the framework of this article, the author: attempts to formulate the author's definition of the concept of "Internet platform"; substantiates the civil nature of the Internet platform; examines the features of the use of Internet platforms in the educational environment and labor relations. In addition, special attention is paid to the problems of legal regulation of Internet platforms in the Russian Federation, as well as the formulation of proposals for improving domestic legislation in this area.

The article is devoted to the study of the legal characteristics of spatial development for the subjective and objective content of the legal regulation of federal legislation. Examples of studies conducted in the field of legal regulation of spatial development are given. The author concludes that the category of spatial development is not yet fully included in the system of regional legislation. In legal science, studies of categories of spatial development and related concepts and categories are at the initial stage of development. The conclusions of the study can serve as the basis for the formation of scientifically based strategic planning in terms of improving the legal regulation of spatial development.

The legal definition of investment platforms contained in the Federal Law «On attracting investments using investment platforms» is being investigated. The paper proposes the author's definition of an investment platform and a detailed analysis of its structural elements.

The article analyzes the institution of procedural costs under the current criminal procedure legislation. It is concluded that the procedural costs are necessary and justified expenses, lost income, remuneration and payments that are due to persons who are subjects of the criminal process, as well as those who are not, but due to certain circumstances involved in the criminal procedure to solve relevant tasks in criminal proceedings and are collected at the expense of the federal budget or participants in the criminal process. Analyzed examples of judicial practice on the resolution of procedural costs.

The article provides an overview of the activities of the International Labour Organization to systematize its conventions and recommendations on statuses, reflecting their relevance. The study reveals a trend towards a decrease in the percentage of relevant (meeting modern requirements) conventions and recommendations of the International Labour Organization from their total number, which is caused, on the one hand, by the progressive complication of social relations in the sphere of labour and the adoption of new conventions that revise a significant number of existing ones, on the other hand, a gradual decrease in rule-making activity within the framework of the International Labour Organization.

Contractual legal relations, representing a special type of relationship, are regulated by both private and public regulatory mechanisms, simultaneously interacting on the contract. The main purpose of the article is to consider and study the essence, history, and implementation of the competence approach in education as the main direction of its modernization in the Donetsk People's Republic (hereinafter – the DPR). This article is devoted to the results of a sociological study conducted by the authors in 2022. The purpose of the study was to identify the preferences of student youth regarding the sources of news in general, and political information in particular. The relevance of the study is determined by a number of circumstances, namely: the problems of finding optimal channels of communication and actual forms of consumption of news information by students; the need to include the studied social community in a wide network of social and political relations, which is one of the most important aspects of the process of youth socialization in modern society. The attention of the researchers was focused on the main trends in changing the channels for obtaining news information among students.

The sociocultural image is based on the concept of its uniqueness and originality, which creates a conviction among potential tourists that it is necessary to visit this territory. The Priozersk district of the Leningrad region and the Medvezhyegorsk district of the Republic of Karelia were taken as territories for the study.
